Job Summary

This role involves driving the digital transformation strategy by developing and implementing data analysis methods, utilizing advanced software tools such as Tableau, Celonis, SAP Analytics Cloud, and AI-based tools. The specialist will be responsible for initiating and guiding digitalization projects, providing methodological consultation using agile project management, and ensuring effective change management. A core part of the job includes translating complex business requirements into data models, optimizing performance, and developing cross-product IT architecture and data storage solutions. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in business informatics or engineering, strong expertise in Power BI and AI-supported methods (e.g., Python, Azure ML), and at least five years of professional experience in digitalization, coupled with the ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and strategic IT projects agilely.
