Job Summary
This role involves providing critical IT system support, primarily focusing on the smooth operation of digital examination (e-exam) processes within the Hamburg Judicial Examination Office. Day-to-day tasks include conducting technical tests, troubleshooting unforeseen technical issues during exams, preparing and configuring computer equipment, installing necessary software, and maintaining application documentation. The specialist will also be responsible for training end-users on system usage. Additionally, the role requires providing local IT support at various court locations during periods of substitution, handling the installation and troubleshooting of computer peripherals, printers, and softphones. This dynamic and varied position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment, ensuring the reliability of crucial judicial IT infrastructure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in a recognized IT profession or equivalent qualification
Experience
- Completed vocational training in a recognized IT profession, OR
- Equivalent skills and experience acquired through relevant professional experience in the IT sector
- Foundational knowledge of electronic file systems and judicial structures (advantageous)
