Job Summary

This role is ideal for a recent graduate of a technical or skilled trade program eager to develop professionally in a dynamic environment focused on printing technology. The position offers intensive training across two key areas: first, contributing to production by creating sample labels and pouches, operating modern printing systems, and ensuring product quality; and second, providing technical customer service. In the service area, you will be responsible for installing printing systems at customer sites, conducting user training, and later handling telephone support, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing daily technical assistance. Success requires a strong interest in software and technical systems, high reliability, a proactive approach, and excellent customer-facing skills. This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability and direct responsibility within a small, supportive team.
