Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Azure AI / Copilot Engineer and Consultant who will be instrumental in building a new Azure AI & Copilot Unit focused on implementing modern, practical AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem for mid-sized companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, integrating, and operating Azure AI and Copilot solutions using technologies like Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and Copilot Studio. The engineer will focus on building RAG scenarios, knowledge bases, and quick-win MVPs that deliver measurable customer benefits, often involving technical integration into Microsoft 365 or Power Platform. The ideal candidate possesses multi-year experience in Azure/M365 development, strong programming skills (Python, C#, or TypeScript), and a deep understanding of generative AI concepts and process optimization.
