Job Summary

This role is a critical dual-function position, serving as the IT Team Leader for First-Level Support and the central Data Protection Coordinator. Day-to-day, you will lead and organize the First-Level Support team, ensuring smooth IT processes, coordinating external IT service providers, and prioritizing operational tasks for efficient problem resolution. Simultaneously, you will act as the key liaison between the external Data Protection Officer and internal department heads. Your responsibilities include coordinating data protection projects, advising internal stakeholders on privacy issues, and actively supporting the implementation of new legal and organizational data protection requirements. The ideal candidate possesses an IT background, professional experience in IT support, and knowledge of data protection law, coupled with strong organizational and communication skills.
