As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing the processing of public procurement procedures and tenders. A key part of your day-to-day involves developing winning strategies for each bid, ensuring the creation of commercially and technically unbeatable proposal packages. You will coordinate the proposal creation process, collaborating closely with internal experts and external stakeholders, while maintaining strict adherence to high-quality standards, deadlines, and formal requirements, especially during high-pressure tendering phases. The successful candidate will bring experience in proposal coordination, preferably within the IT services sector, coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills to thrive within an agile, self-organized team environment.
