Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the technical availability and optimal performance of IT systems within the organization. The IT Coordinator will be responsible for analyzing systems to detect and resolve errors, coordinating the implementation of IT products and solutions, and managing their integration. Key activities include planning and executing integration projects, implementing change management processes, and continuously analyzing and optimizing the IT infrastructure. A major focus is on Quality Assurance (QA) management, including developing and updating test scenarios and creating comprehensive documentation for work processes. Candidates should possess a background in IT, either through vocational training as an IT Specialist or a degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics, coupled with professional experience in application installation, configuration, and server administration.
