Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced Electronics professional or Production Manager seeking to lead and develop within a future-oriented electronics manufacturing environment. The Value Stream Leader will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees, focusing on assembly and product manufacturing. Key daily tasks include managing results-oriented daily operations, planning, organization, and coaching/mentoring the team to achieve production goals related to volume, quality, efficiency, delivery reliability, and safety. The successful candidate will leverage multi-year experience in production or value stream leadership to boost capacity, optimize resource utilization, and minimize costs, while implementing performance optimization strategies like CIP and 5S. Required qualifications include a technical vocational qualification with advanced training (Master Craftsman or Technician) in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, coupled with proven leadership experience in an industrial setting, preferably in electronics.
