Job Summary

This role is for a strategic leader to manage and develop a team focused on innovative, holistic products and solutions within the energy, photovoltaic, and mobility sectors. The manager will own the entire innovation lifecycle, from initial idea evaluation, through market and needs analyses (including Win/Loss and User Research), to the timely implementation of MVPs, POCs, and market-ready products. Key responsibilities include strategic product planning, optimizing development processes, ensuring comprehensive quality assurance, and managing stakeholder communication and documentation. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Economics, Energy, Sustainability, or Environmental Management, possesses at least five years of experience in product development, and demonstrates strong project management skills, ideally with certification.
