Job Summary
This role seeks a detail-oriented Clinical Data Manager to support critical oncology research by managing and analyzing complex clinical data. Key responsibilities include contributing to database development, overseeing comprehensive data handling, and performing biostatistical evaluations to generate reports and statistics. The role involves leveraging advanced analytical techniques, specifically applying Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to derive insights and automate workflows, including scientific literature searches. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences or health informatics, coupled with relevant professional experience in data management, ideally within the oncology sector. Proficiency in statistical programming languages like SAS and R, familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, and knowledge of EDC systems (e.g., SecuTrial, Medidata Rave) and CDISC standards are essential for success in this impactful, full-time position, which offers flexible working hours and mobile work options.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field; Master's degree is advantageous
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in Data Management
- Experience in Data Management, preferably in the field of Oncology
- Experience with programming languages (e.g., SAS, R) and data analysis tools
- Experience with SPSS or other statistical software
- Experience with EDC systems (e.g., SecuTrial, RedCAP, Medidata Rave) is ideal
