Job Summary
This critical role focuses on safeguarding industrial infrastructure by serving as an Automation Cybersecurity Engineer based in Attnang-Puchheim. The core mission involves designing and implementing secure architectures for Operational Technology (OT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS). Key responsibilities include ensuring strict project compliance with major regulatory standards, specifically the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and all parts of IEC 62443. Day-to-day tasks involve defining robust cybersecurity requirements, conducting technical risk analyses, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing specifically tailored for OT components. The position requires advising project teams and customers on complex security issues, establishing internal cybersecurity processes, and managing supply chain risks. Candidates must bring a relevant technical degree and extensive practical experience in industrial cybersecurity, coupled with profound knowledge of the necessary compliance frameworks. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical degree (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, or University) in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science. Specialization in IT security is ideal.

- Several years of practical professional experience in industrial cybersecurity (OT/ICS)
- Profound knowledge of IEC 62443 standards (all parts)
