Job Summary

This part-time Specialist role in Operational Health Management, based in Bremen, involves supporting a globally leading aerospace company in planning, organizing, and implementing comprehensive health initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and conducting workshops, seminars, and information campaigns to actively promote health awareness within the organization. A key part of the role includes coordinating with external service providers and managing measures related to Operational Integration Management (BEM). Furthermore, the specialist will contribute expertise to occupational safety and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) topics, act as a central contact person for internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the structured preparation of relevant content. This position requires strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently and flexibly within a supportive, international environment.
