Job Summary

This role involves taking responsibility for coordinating and overseeing laboratory projects within the GMP-regulated environment of HWI pharma services, a family-run provider for the Pharma and Biotech sector. The Project Manager will be the central point of contact for clients, managing cross-project creation and steering of project plans, resources, and timelines, specifically focusing on pharmaceutical-chemical analytics and bioanalytics. Key responsibilities include monitoring project milestones, ensuring strict adherence to GMP guidelines and internal SOPs, and actively supporting audits and inspections. The successful candidate must possess a degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology, coupled with long-term project management experience, ideally within an analytical or contract laboratory setting. Strong organizational skills, proficiency with project management tools, and negotiation-level fluency in both German and English are essential for coordinating internal stakeholders (Sales, QA, Logistics) and representing the department to clients and authorities.
