Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing analytical customer projects within the GMP-regulated environment of a family-owned pharmaceutical and biotech service provider in Rülzheim, Germany. The Project Leader is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from proposal creation and initial planning to technical evaluation and final documentation of results in the Laboratory Services department (Analytics and/or Bioanalytics). Key day-to-day tasks include coordinating practical lab work, documenting results, representing Laboratory Services during customer visits and audits, and managing project budgets and contracts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemistry or Biochemistry, possesses multi-year experience in project leadership, and is proficient in instrumental analytics or bioanalytical methods. Strong organizational skills and fluent German and English are essential for success in this central interface role between the lab, clients, and project management.
