Job Summary

This crucial part-time (24 hours/week), permanent role based in Munich involves providing comprehensive organizational, administrative, and content-related support to the Supervisory Board and its committees of a renowned non-profit child and youth welfare organization. The specialist will be responsible for setting up and managing the Supervisory Board's office, organizing and preparing meetings, drafting minutes, coordinating confidential correspondence, and managing member logistics, including travel. A key aspect is performing research, analysis, and preparation of relevant topics (e.g., socio-political, legal, educational) and drafting speeches, articles, and decision templates. This position requires a highly discreet, responsible, and structured professional with a university degree and several years of relevant experience, ideally within governance bodies or non-profit sectors, who can effectively coordinate interfaces between the Board and the Management.
