The core mission involves ensuring high availability and continuous upgrades across various IT systems, spanning classic data centers and public cloud environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include the administration of the VMware Hosting Platform, managing datacenter networks, firewalls, routers, and overseeing storage and backup solutions. The successful candidate will also handle incidents, process service requests, manage changes via established processes, and contribute to the technical conception and evolution of the platform. Key requirements include solid knowledge in networking, virtualization, firewalls, and storage, coupled with experience in backup software and a proactive, hands-on approach.
