Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join ROM Facility Solutions, a new company within the Zech Group, focusing on making buildings more efficient and sustainable. As a Service Technician/Electrician specializing in MCR and Building Automation, you will be crucial in maintaining and optimizing technical building infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of electrical and MCR systems, operating and monitoring building management systems, and performing detailed fault analysis and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for creating performance reports, maintaining technical documentation, and actively communicating with clients to identify new service opportunities within the managed properties. The ideal candidate possesses a strong electro-technical background, extensive experience in service roles, and proficiency in control and regulation technology, supported by excellent customer service skills.
