Job Summary

This full-time position as an Electrical Systems Technician is based at the Marien-Hospital in Düsseldorf, part of the Verbund Katholischer Kliniken Düsseldorf (VKKD). The role is crucial for maintaining the operational readiness of the hospital's technical infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the repair, maintenance, and servicing of diverse electrical systems, including both strong and weak current installations, IT and telecommunication systems (such as phone and nurse call systems), fire alarm technology, and building control systems. You will also be responsible for new electrical installations and conducting mandatory legal inspections according to regulations. A key part of the job involves coordinating and overseeing external contractors for repairs and maintenance. Candidates must be self-reliant, meticulous, and possess a completed qualification as an Electronics or Electrical Systems Technician, ideally specializing in Energy and Building Technology. Participation in on-call duty and winter service is required, along with a valid Class B driver's license.
