This role seeks a dedicated Chemical Laboratory Technician to support a long-standing, independent company in Bremen specializing in color and paint manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential day-to-day laboratory operations, including conducting detailed color and paint analyses, performing rigorous quality controls, and documenting all test results and technical reports accurately. A core part of the job involves supporting the R&D efforts by assisting in the development of new color and paint products and optimizing existing formulations (recipes). Furthermore, you will monitor adherence to strict safety and environmental regulations and collaborate on the validation and qualification of production processes.
