Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious Requirements Engineer looking to drive innovation in the field of underwater autonomy. Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating and implementing software development activities based on defined software architecture, reducing complexity through decomposition, and creating detailed implementation concepts and software designs. A core part of the job involves generating specifications (System, Component, Unit levels) and test specifications using DOORS, and integrating software artifacts according to architectural guidelines. The successful candidate must possess a degree in a MINT field (STEM) or equivalent technical training, coupled with extensive professional experience, specifically with C++, and strong knowledge of creating SMART requirements. Fluency in German is mandatory for effective team collaboration and project execution within an agile software development environment.

Required Skills
