Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Global Field Service Technician passionate about technology to handle the worldwide commissioning and maintenance of highly complex, large-scale machinery directly at customer sites. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing independent fault diagnosis, executing necessary repairs to ensure seamless operation, and meticulous documentation of all work according to stringent quality and safety standards. A key part of the job involves practical and understandable training for customers on machine operation and maintenance. Successful candidates must hold a completed technical qualification, such as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or Industrial Mechanic certification, coupled with strong technical comprehension and a proactive, hands-on mentality. Fluency in both written and spoken German and English is mandatory, along with a readiness for substantial international travel exceeding 30%.
