The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering and possesses professional experience in project-related work processes, particularly in planning major projects, with knowledge of the energy sector being desirable. Success requires analytical thinking, a goal-oriented approach, and strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools like MS Project or Primavera P6, alongside excellent communication skills in both German and English.
