Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and executing projects related to building infrastructure, encompassing new construction, renovations, modifications, and repairs. The Facility Engineering / Building Services Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing technical and structural concepts, ensuring the safe operation of technical and structural systems, and creating specifications and project plans. A key focus is the conception, instruction, and supervision of external services, project monitoring, and performance control. Furthermore, the role includes managing the energy management system and optimizing plant operations. Candidates should possess a degree in Facility Management, Building Services, Energy and Supply Technology, or an equivalent qualification (e.g., Technician or Master Craftsman), coupled with professional experience in building management, maintenance, or servicing of building technology systems. Excellent German and good English language skills are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
