Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled Laboratory Technician specializing in Point-of-Care (POC) Systems to join a team focused on Pharma and Life Science diagnostics. The core responsibilities involve the independent execution and systematic evaluation of complex experimental programs, assessing the impact of various materials and setups on diagnostic assay performance. You will be responsible for planning single or series experiments in accordance with strict regulatory guidelines, meticulously documenting and evaluating all results, and presenting findings in project meetings. Essential qualifications include a degree or certified technician qualification in Biotechnology or Biochemistry, coupled with practical experience in the research and development of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Assays. Fluency in both German and English is a mandatory prerequisite for success in this technically demanding and highly regulated environment, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to cutting-edge diagnostic technology.
