Job Summary

This role is ideal for an ambitious IT Specialist focused on connecting technology and people, working on exciting projects for major clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include comprehensive documentation of complete systems, specifically focusing on information and data flow. A critical component of the job involves supporting First-Level Service by analyzing customer error situations and documenting the production process based on source code.
