Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious IT professional focused on ensuring the stable operation and lifecycle management of critical business applications for various clients. The Application Manager will be responsible for end-to-end application management, including test, release (upgrade/update), change, and problem management processes. Key responsibilities also involve comprehensive application lifecycle documentation and providing user support to key departments and users, specifically handling 2nd-level support and detailed incident analysis. The role requires continuous collaboration with the Security team regarding certificates and Identity and Access Management (IAM). Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or a strong IT qualification, professional experience in application management, and excellent German language skills (C1 level) to effectively manage user interactions and documentation.
