Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the electrical maintenance team, focusing on ensuring operational continuity and efficiency within production processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating and supervising electrical maintenance and repair tasks, planning and executing maintenance projects, and strictly adhering to safety and quality standards. The Team Leader will be crucial in conducting fault analysis, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, and documenting all maintenance activities. Collaboration with other departments to optimize production processes is essential, as is training and guiding the maintenance team. Candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar qualification, substantial professional experience in electrical maintenance—ideally in a leadership capacity—and knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens S7) and industrial automation systems. Excellent German language skills are required for effective communication and documentation.
