Job Summary

This role as an Electrician at OMS Testing Service in Bad Waldsee is central to ensuring electrical safety and quality for clients. Day-to-day, you will perform comprehensive electrical checks on site, focusing primarily on the safety of portable equipment. A core responsibility involves digitally assessing and recording electrical hazards, defects, and measurements—such as insulation values and protective conductor resistance—using specialized diagnostic software and a diagnostic smartphone. You will then generate accurate measurement protocols and error reports directly from the software, which are automatically provided to the customer. The ideal candidate holds a successfully completed electro-technical qualification, possesses a meticulous and careful work ethic, and enjoys direct, friendly contact with customers. This position offers a permanent contract, fixed working hours without shifts, paid travel time for regional assignments, and contributes to creating a safer working environment within a future-proof industry.
