Job Summary

As the Electrical Testing Team Leader, you are the cornerstone of electrical safety for OMS clients, focusing primarily on on-site safety checks of portable equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing detailed electrical safety tests (Elektro-Check), digitally recording potential hazards and defects using specialized diagnostic software, and generating automated measurement protocols and fault reports for the customer. A critical part of the role involves coordinating a small team of 2 to 5 testers, aligning testing schedules with clients on site, and liaising closely with project management regarding overall deployment planning. This role requires a successfully completed electrical technical apprenticeship, a meticulous work ethic, and strong customer interaction skills.
