Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of 2–5 testers in providing essential electrical safety checks for clients, ensuring a safe working environment and high quality of service. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing electrical safety checks on portable equipment, identifying and digitally documenting electrical hazards and defects (such as insulation values or protective conductor resistances) using specialized diagnostic software and smartphones, and generating measurement protocols and error reports for clients. The Team Leader will coordinate the testing process with customers on-site, manage team assignments, and act as the primary point of contact for execution questions, while maintaining close coordination with project management. Key qualifications include a completed electrotechnical education, meticulous work habits, strong customer interaction skills, and the desire to coordinate a testing team.
