Job Summary

This role as an Electrician Team Leader in testing technology, based in Bad Waldsee, is centered on providing first-class electrical safety service to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing comprehensive 'Electro-Checks' on portable devices to ensure electrical safety and quality on-site. The leader will digitally record potential electrical hazards or defects, such as insulation values and protective conductor resistances, using specialized diagnosis software and a smartphone, and subsequently generate accurate measurement protocols and error reports for clients. A critical part of the job involves coordinating a team of 2 to 5 testers, aligning testing procedures with customers on-site, and managing team deployment in close consultation with project management. The successful candidate must possess a completed electrical technical qualification and strong customer interaction skills, contributing to a safer working environment within a growing, innovative industry.
