Job Summary
The Digitalization Process Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing digitalized business processes across the company headquarters and its retail branches. Key daily tasks include documenting, analyzing, and optimizing existing workflows within the current system landscape, troubleshooting errors, and deriving recommendations to improve efficiency and functionality. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate various internal departments and external service providers, as well as conducting process training for employees. The ideal candidate brings relevant experience in IT project management focused on digitalization, excellent software knowledge (especially ERP and document management systems like Microsoft Dynamics Navision or ELO), and fluent German and good English skills. This position offers a long-term perspective, flexible working hours, and a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies in a leading Berlin-based retail group.
