Job Summary

This role involves leading critical IT sourcing initiatives for Software and Cloud services across the REWE Group, managing multi-million euro volumes. The IT Sourcing Manager will be instrumental in evolving the IT Procurement strategy to align with ongoing digitalization and internationalization, particularly focusing on the shift towards cloud environments (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS). Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing purchasing strategies in collaboration with technical and business stakeholders, negotiating and managing complex contracts with major software and cloud providers, and ensuring compliance with legal and corporate guidelines. The ideal candidate requires at least five years of experience in software and SaaS procurement, deep knowledge of the global software market, and strong contract law expertise to secure top-tier conditions and long-term agreements.
