Job Summary

This role involves taking a central position in the technical support, development, and qualification of pharmaceutical process plants and cleanrooms in a GMP-regulated environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the operational readiness of existing systems, planning and coordinating maintenance and conversion measures, and actively shaping production processes while adhering strictly to GMP and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) guidelines. The engineer will also be responsible for GMP-compliant operational documentation and contributing to the creation and revision of technical guidelines. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in Process Engineering or Biotechnology (or a Bachelor's with relevant practical experience), professional experience in the pharmaceutical production or development sector, and fluent German and English skills.
