Job Summary

This immediate, full-time position in Biberach offers an opportunity for a Junior Specialist to contribute significantly to clinical trial supply chain management, supported by an attractive hourly wage (€26.45 plus bonuses) and a permanent contract. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing crucial administrative support, specifically managing the processing and tracking of Out-of-Scope (OOS) requests. You will be responsible for the accurate processing and archiving of documents critical for release and submission processes. A strong understanding of GMP guidelines is essential, as is the ability to handle various administrative tasks within the clinical study supply chain. The ideal candidate possesses completed scientific training, such as a Pharmaceutical Technician certification, coupled with professional experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, high initiative, systematic work habits, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
