The professional will be responsible for coordinating and executing external business, performing troubleshooting and fault clearance, and managing complex projects in collaboration with internal units, customers, and service providers. Key day-to-day activities include planning system shutdowns, organizing switching operations, and establishing work areas according to regulations.
