Job Summary

This role involves independently executing and leading Financial Due Diligence projects for corporate acquisitions and sales (Buy- and Sell-Side). The Manager will also lead Vendor Assistance projects, develop business plans, and serve as a key interface between clients, internal M&A teams, and external stakeholders. A core responsibility is reporting to clients and internal decision-makers, contributing to transaction strategy development, and building lasting client relationships through continuous consultation. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in economics or finance, at least five years of relevant experience in Transaction Services, and profound knowledge of transaction processes, including balance sheet analysis and financial modeling. Strong communication skills, team orientation, and fluency in both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic, hybrid role based in Frankfurt am Main.
