Job Summary
As a 1st Level IT Supporter, you will be the initial point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing swift and effective assistance to customers and internal teams. Your daily responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, creating and documenting support tickets, and escalating complex problems to the 2nd Level Support. This role requires a strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a helpful, solution-oriented mindset. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT or comparable qualifications, coupled with initial experience in IT support or customer service.
