Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the technical operation and maintenance of virtual workspaces within the organization's Citrix and VDI infrastructure. The administrator will handle the installation, maintenance, and patching of applications in the Citrix environment, including planning and executing updates for Citrix images and applications. Key daily activities include creating and securing Golden Images, performing and monitoring backup/restore processes, and managing all applications above the operating system level. A crucial component of the job is providing Second-Level Support, analyzing and resolving disturbances, and maintaining interfaces with critical clinical applications such such as KIS, RIS, and PACS. The ideal candidate must possess an IT qualification, multi-year experience in Citrix VDI administration, and strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies, ensuring structured and reliable IT service delivery.
