Job Summary

This leadership role, based in Altheim, requires an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician to oversee and guarantee the flawless technical condition of all operational equipment. Key responsibilities include independently planning and executing inspections, maintenance, testing, and repairs, ensuring compliance with current regulations, and optimizing operational processes. The Head of Maintenance will also manage personnel and deployment planning for production, troubleshoot complex faults, and manage new construction and modification projects on production facilities. Candidates must possess a technical background in electrical engineering, strong knowledge of control systems (specifically Siemens PLC), drive technology, and foundational skills in mechanics and business administration.
