Job Summary
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users, providing direct, on-site assistance with IT issues. Your daily tasks will involve troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software problems, installing and configuring systems, and performing maintenance. You will collaborate closely with 2nd Level Support and other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to IT projects and rollouts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong IT background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented mindset who enjoys direct user interaction in a dynamic environment.
