Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced engineer to act as a Verification Manager, ensuring the function and quality of complex defense systems and subsystems from development through customer acceptance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing robust verification and test concepts, analyzing component usability, and influencing system architecture and design through technical decision-making. The manager will independently plan and execute tests, coordinate the performance and integration efforts of subcontractors, and maintain quality and schedule adherence across the overall system. A critical component of the job involves accompanying field tests, trials, and customer acceptance procedures both domestically and internationally, requiring a high degree of technical system understanding. Candidates must possess a technical Bachelor's degree, multi-year experience in verifying electrical systems (ideally in radio/communications technology), and profound knowledge of RF measurement techniques. The position requires excellent English skills and willingness for worldwide travel.
