Job Summary

This role is for an Electrical Design Engineer specializing in custom or special machinery construction within a company located in the Nuremberg region. The core responsibilities involve creating detailed electrical designs for complex custom machines using EPLAN software. Day-to-day tasks include selecting necessary components, generating circuit diagrams, and compiling comprehensive parts lists. The engineer will also be responsible for drafting specifications (Lastenhefte), reviewing circuit diagrams provided by external suppliers, and producing technical documentation and operating manuals. Key qualifications include a background in electrical engineering (degree, master, or technician certification), combined with several years of professional experience in electrical design, preferably within the special machinery sector. Proficiency in EPLAN is a mandatory requirement for success in this position.
