Job Summary
This role involves serving as the initial point of contact for IT-related issues and inquiries within the Donau-Ries district administration. The specialist will be responsible for logging all incoming IT disruptions and requests into a ticketing system, independently resolving simple IT faults, and utilizing remote support tools for troubleshooting or on-site error investigation. Key duties also include assisting users with standard software, particularly MS Office and specialized administrative applications, and escalating complex issues to the Second-Level Support after structured pre-qualification. The ideal candidate must have a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist, possess basic knowledge of Windows 11 and current server operating systems, and demonstrate strong systematic problem analysis, empathy, and communication skills.
