Day-to-day activities include ensuring quality standards in social media content, maintaining a discrimination-sensitive communication style, and advising program participants on Instagram measures. Furthermore, the role requires organizing networking events, coordinating committee work, representing the initiative externally, and supporting cross-departmental tasks. The ideal candidate has completed vocational training in administration or office management, possesses excellent German communication skills, and is proficient in MS Office programs, working independently and reliably.
