Job Summary

This role is critical for the operational and strategic management and continuous development of the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) landscape, focusing heavily on Personio and time management systems (like ZMI). The HRIS Manager will ensure stable systems, high data quality, automated processes, and insightful analytics to support efficient, scalable, and data-driven HR work across the group. Key responsibilities include administering user roles and workflows, ensuring high master data quality, and acting as the primary system support for employees and managers. The position involves driving the digital transformation of HR processes, developing the overall HR system strategy, implementing new HR tools and interfaces, and building robust, group-wide HR reporting and controlling structures to support strategic workforce planning and management decisions through detailed analysis and reports.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Informatics, HR, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Several years of experience in the HRIS environment
  • Experience with Personio or comparable HR systems
  • Experience in the digitalization, automation, and standardization of processes
  • Very good understanding of central HR processes (Administration, Recruiting, Payroll, HR Controlling)
