Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain practical IT experience within a major regional healthcare provider, Klinikum Wilhelmshaven, an academic teaching hospital of the University of Hamburg. The Student Assistant will be crucial in supporting the daily operations of the IT department, focusing heavily on hardware and client system management. Key responsibilities include integrating printers into the network, upgrading existing computer systems, and installing and configuring new client PCs, including adapting them for the specific hospital system (cloning PCs). The ideal candidate possesses advanced computer knowledge, is reliable, a team player, and has a structured, solution-oriented approach to IT issues. Prior knowledge of Windows 10/11 and networking is desirable. This position offers flexible working hours and a good team environment, paying 14.00 Euros per hour.
