This role seeks an experienced (Senior) Software Project and Portfolio Manager to take operational control of complex software initiatives within a leading tech company in Hamburg. You will be the crucial link between Engineering, Product, and Design, responsible for structuring parallel projects into a reliable, manageable portfolio. Day-to-day tasks involve setting clear project frameworks, coordinating interdisciplinary roles (developers, product owners, design), moderating agile workflows, and ensuring timely, quality delivery. A core focus is reducing complexity, clarifying priorities, and actively managing risks and blockages.
