Job Summary

This role involves taking full ownership of planning, coordinating, and managing projects focused on military training equipment, based in Kassel. The Project Manager is responsible for both the technical and economic success of these complex projects, including developing concepts, optimizing existing products, and managing budgets and timelines. Key daily activities include creating offers, performance descriptions, and customer presentations, engaging in contract negotiations, and closely collaborating with internal departments (Development, Purchasing, Manufacturing) and external partners. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering, possesses professional experience in project leadership for complex technical products, and has excellent command of English, coupled with strong communication and assertiveness skills.
