Job Summary

This is a highly responsible role leading the Civil Engineering department within a municipal association, focusing on sophisticated urban development and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will technically lead and manage critical areas including road construction, bridge construction, specialized structures, wastewater and water supply, flood protection, and open spaces. Key daily tasks involve project steering, monitoring, and acting as the client/owner representative for member municipalities, alongside managing procurement, change orders, and cost control.
